Picket Style Railing

Suburban Management Offices

The Suburban Management office is listed as a historical building and required a Victorian look for the entrance. The railing is constructed with a bird of paradise pattern, 2" posts with cast newel balls, and double twisted solid 1/2" pickets, finished with black polyurethane pitthane enamel.

Pewaukee Executive's Residence
This large contemporary residence with dramatic open balconies overlooking the living spaces required a railing to architecturally blend into the environment. The body of the railing is constructed of 1" square tube finished with a custom patina look. The top rail is 2" diameter polished brass that picks up the light of the open spaces.

East Pointe Commons
This large apartment and condominium complex on Milwaukee's east side required stair rails to blend in with the balcony railings and fence on the site. The top rail is 1 1/4" pipe with 3/4" square tube pickets and solid posts. The intermediate and lower rails are 1 1/2" channel.  --->

Brookfield Office Complex

This building has an atrium balcony opening off the second floor. Although the trim and top rail have a very traditional dark mahogany finish, the contemporary railing designs offer a striking contrast to rest of the interior finish.

This large limestone residence on Milwaukee's exclusive upper east side required a dramatic look that differentiated the railing appearance. To accomplish this, the rings were built into the lower section of the railing rather than the traditional upper section. Over size 3" posts with cast newel balls were then used to emphasize the scale of the railing..

This upscale Brookfield apartment complex was looking for a massive top rail to simulate a wood cap. A 2 x 6" square tube top was used to achieve this effect.
